Appointments
We see patients by appointment. Please arrive at your appointed time and always bring your insurance card to ensure that our records are up to date.

To schedule an appointment, call our main number 973-942-1141.

For a consultation regarding varicose or spider vein removal, you may call or send an email to veintreatment@hotmail.com.

Referrals
If your insurance plan requires a referral for you to see us, we will help you obtain that referral from your primary care physician. However, you are responsible for making sure a referral is in place before you receive services.

Payment Policy
Patients are responsible for payment oftheir account even if insured. Always check with your insurance carrier to determine whether our services are covered in your agreement. Depending upon your individual contract, you may be required to make a co-payment or pay a percentage of the bill. Patients should be familiar with the details of their own insurance programs.
