Sameer Azhak, M.D. joined the staff of Advanced Cardiology Practice in 2008. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is board certified in Nuclear Cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
Saddad Z Toor, M.D. (not shown in the photo above) recently joined the ACP staff. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology and Adult Echocardiography.
